    • PURPOSE: A taxi enforcement system and method using and a recording medium for the same are provided to regulate taxis which refuse to take passengers using the specific movement patterns of objects. CONSTITUTION: An image acquisition unit(110) acquires an image of an object within a monitoring area. A recognition unit(120) recognizes the object and the movement of the object based on the image. A control unit(130) controls the photographing condition and operation of the image acquisition unit and analyzes the movement pattern of the object based on the signal of the recognition unit to regulate a taxi that refuses to take a passenger. The image acquisition unit includes a scanning camera(111) and a pan-tilt camera(113). The recognition unit includes a vehicle recognition part, a vehicle number recognition part, a taxi recognition part, and a position change recognition part.

    • PURPOSE: An object detection system and an object detection method using codebook algorism are provided to discriminate the object from a background by a time threshold value. CONSTITUTION: The object detection system and object detection method using codebook algorism includes a camera, an object detecting means, an object tracking means, a post treatment means and a database. The camera(10) outputs the image pixel by taking a photograph of an image per a frame in real time. The object detection means determines whether the color distortion value is less than the color threshold value by comparing a CW value with an input pixel. The object tracking means labels and gives ID to a circumscribed tetragon which contacts the input pixel. The post treatment means(300) is to make an imperfect circumscribed quadrilateral having the recess portion perfect. The database(500) stores the photographed input pixel and the CW.

    • A vehicle mounted type stop line violation control system and a controlling method thereof are provided to manage a violator's vehicle by transmitting a violation position to a central server through a navigation system based on a GPS module or a GPS. A photographing unit photographs a color of a traffic light and a vehicle on a road and outputs the photographed result into an electric signal. A control unit(20) photographs the vehicle on the road and decides the signal violation and the stop line violation, and generates control data about the violator's vehicle if the traffic light is a red signal.
