    • An apparatus for producing high concentration ozone water and maintaining concentration of the ozone water is provided to reduce maintenance cost and to perform sterilization and cleaning of a pipe using the ozone water efficiently. An apparatus for producing high concentration ozone water and maintaining concentration of the ozone water includes an oxygen generator(5), a feed pump(7), an injector(10), a circulating pump(15), a discharge pump(16), a compressor(11) and a discharge valve(17). The oxygen generator is mounted on the ozone generator, the feed pump is connected into an ozone injection pipe(9) and an ozone water reservoir(1). The injector is mounted on a supply pipe(8) of the feed pump, and an auxiliary reservoir(2) is connected through the ozone water reservoir, an auxiliary pipe(3) and an auxiliary water supply pump(4). A suction port(10-1) is connected with the ozone injection pipe. The ozone water reservoir includes an ozone concentration measuring sensor(12) and a water level measuring sensor(13) connected on a control panel(14) through a signal connecting line(18) of a control panel.

      본 고안에 따른 촉매 수처리 장치에 의해 물을 처리하여 물이 이동하는 관로 및 설비의 스케일을 제거 및 방지하여 물의 수질을 높이고 스케일 제거 및 방지로 인한 통로에 대한 통수율을 높이므로 인해 보일러 및 물이 사용되는 산업설비의 효율을 증대하여 에네지 절약을 할 수 있다.

The diamagnetic material charges the board material or the bar consisting of materials of a cathode aluminium or bronze to an anode because ions formed by corrosion by water between the board material and the bar consisting of the aluminium, bronze, zinc, gold and silver are saturated. The nucleation crystallization is produced by uniting a negative charge and a positive charge between the anode plates.
