摘要： An apparatus for producing high concentration ozone water and maintaining concentration of the ozone water is provided to reduce maintenance cost and to perform sterilization and cleaning of a pipe using the ozone water efficiently. An apparatus for producing high concentration ozone water and maintaining concentration of the ozone water includes an oxygen generator(5), a feed pump(7), an injector(10), a circulating pump(15), a discharge pump(16), a compressor(11) and a discharge valve(17). The oxygen generator is mounted on the ozone generator, the feed pump is connected into an ozone injection pipe(9) and an ozone water reservoir(1). The injector is mounted on a supply pipe(8) of the feed pump, and an auxiliary reservoir(2) is connected through the ozone water reservoir, an auxiliary pipe(3) and an auxiliary water supply pump(4). A suction port(10-1) is connected with the ozone injection pipe. The ozone water reservoir includes an ozone concentration measuring sensor(12) and a water level measuring sensor(13) connected on a control panel(14) through a signal connecting line(18) of a control panel.
