CONSTITUTION: An interval filler(A) for the railway roadbed is composed as follows: An injection port(11) is formed in one side of a flexible tube(10). An air discharge port(12) is formed in the other side of the flexible tube. Filler(20) is injected through the injection port, and the tube is expanded. The filler is hardened, and an interval between the bottom of a rail(200) and the roadbed(100) is removed.

    • A rail supporting structure is provided to decrease vibration and noise remarkably by inclining a rail so that the bottom of the rail faces outwards. A rail supporting structure comprises main sleepers(100), main rail fastening units(200), a pair of sub sleeper(300), sub rail fastening units(400), and sub sleeper supports(310). The main sleepers are arranged under parallel rails(10) at regular intervals to support the rails. The main rail fastening units fix each rail to each main sleeper. The sub sleepers are installed between two neighboring main sleepers to support the rails. The sub sleeper is made of resin material. The sub rail fastening units fix each rail to each sub sleeper. The sub sleeper supports are disposed between concrete ballast(1) and the sub sleepers. The sub sleeper support is made by hardening mixture of epoxy and mortar.
