    • PURPOSE: A television device is provided to improve an advertisement by the addition of an advertisement output module. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement output module(110) generates an advertisement list to display difference advertisement data at an interval preset time. The advertisement output module outputs the generated advertisement list. Through a main control module, the advertisement list is outputted in a location which does not disturb viewing by enabling the advertisement list to be set in vertical/horizontal synchronous data of broadcasting data. A display module(130) displays the advertisement list in the location which does not disturb the broadcasting viewing.

    • PURPOSE: An interval filler for THE railway roadbed is provided to easily repair and maintain a rail that an interval is generated, and to reduce vibration and noise. CONSTITUTION: An interval filler(A) for the railway roadbed is composed as follows: An injection port(11) is formed in one side of a flexible tube(10). An air discharge port(12) is formed in the other side of the flexible tube. Filler(20) is injected through the injection port, and the tube is expanded. The filler is hardened, and an interval between the bottom of a rail(200) and the roadbed(100) is removed.

    • PURPOSE: A fluid magnetizing device is provided to greatly improve magnetizing effect of fluid flowing through the pipe by forming a part of pipe using non-magnetic pipe and connecting the magnetizing device to an outer part of the non-magnetic pipe, and a fluid magnetizing method using the magnetizing device is provided. CONSTITUTION: The fluid magnetizing device comprises a non-magnetic pipe(20), and one or more of magnet bundles(30) installed on an outer part of the non-magnetic pipe, wherein connection parts(21) are formed on an end part of the non-magnetic pipe, wherein the magnet bundles comprise a plurality of magnets(31-37) in such a way that the magnet bundles are parallel to a longitudinal direction of the non-magnetic pipe so that the same poles of adjacent magnets(31,33) face each other, the magnet(32) perpendicular to the non-magnetic pipe is interposed between the adjacent magnets(31,33), and the poles of the adjacent magnets(31,33) correspond to pole of the magnet(32) interposed between the adjacent magnets(31,33), wherein a magnetic substance(38) is installed on an outer pole of magnets(32,34,36) perpendicular to the non-magnetic pipe, wherein the magnet bundles has residual flux density of 13,000 gauss or more, inner surface magnetic field magnetism of 6,000 gauss or more and the maximum surface flux density of 7,000 gauss or more, and wherein a part of pipe(1) is substituted for the non-magnetic pipe, and the magnet bundles are attached to the non-magnetic pipe to magnetize fluid.
