    • PURPOSE: A melting-type slag treatment and gasification reactor using plasma is provided to remove tar from combustible gas transferred in a transfer path using a plasma burner. CONSTITUTION: A melting-type slag treatment and gasification reactor(R) using plasma comprises a waste inlet(10), a heating burner, a transfer path(30), a slag outlet(50), a combustible gas outlet(40), and a plasma burner(60). The waste inlet penetrates through the inside the reactor. The heating burner pyrolyzes waste inputted through the waste inlet. Combustible gas and slag generated from the pyrolyzed waste is transferred to the transfer path. The slag vertically falls down through the slag outlet and is discharged to the outside. The combustible gas is discharged to the outside through the combustible gas outlet. The plasma burner removes tar from the combustible gas and detaches the slag from the transfer path.

    • PURPOSE: A hybrid plasma scrubber system is provided to efficiently process high-capacity wasted gas by effectively controlling plasma through a burner. The plasma torch comprises a cathode electrode, an anode electrode, a burner, a pilot electrode, and an insulating plate.

    • PURPOSE: A burner using plasma is provided to completely burn mixed fuel by generating high-temperature heat when the mixed fuel passes through a nozzle and to heat the inner wall of a combustion container in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A burner using plasma comprises a combustion container(1), a DC electricity supply unit(6), a steam supply pipe(13), and a plasma torch unit(9). A mixed fuel supply pipe(3) is wound around the outer surface of the combustion container in a coil shape. The combustion container is used as an anode unit(7). A rod is installed in one side of the combustion container and is used as a cathode unit(8). The steam supply pipe is coupled between the combustion container and the cathode unit and receives steam from a steam generator(12). The plasma torch unit is operated by receiving DC electricity from the DC electricity supply unit. Steam plasma flame with high-temperature is generated in the combustion container.
