CONSTITUTION: An agricultural product powder and liquid producing apparatus comprises the following: a slicing device(10) for cutting agricultural products; a mixer(20) mixing the cut agricultural products with polymeric water absorbent powder; a dehydration tank(30) for dehydrating the mixture; a solid-liquid separator(40) separating the dehydrated solid portions and absorbed liquid; a dryer(50) for drying the solid portions of the agricultural products; a grinder(60) for crushing the dried solid portions into powder; a sterilizer(110) for sterilizing the absorbed liquid; a condenser(120) for condensing the absorbed liquid; and an absorbed liquid recycling pipe(140).

    • PURPOSE: A producing method of semi-dried figs with the improved storage property is provided to enhance the taste of figs by semi-drying the figs after dipping into a sugar solution. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of semi-dried figs with the improved storage property comprises the following steps: removing the rinds from figs; dipping 100parts of figs by weight into 100~300parts of sugar solution by weight; dipping the figs into hot water, and drying; and freezing the dried figs. The sugar solution contains the following; 20~40wt% of sugar selected from the group consisting of glucose, fructose, sugar syrup, and others; 3~10wt% of xylitol; 0.1~0.5wt% of organic acid selected from the group consisting of citric acid, lactic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, and succinic acid; 0.01~0.3wt% of sodium citrate, 0.1~0.5wt% of vitamin C, and the balance of purified water.

    • A device for sterilizing ginseng is provided to enable surface treatment of ginseng without damaging fine roots while minimizing the damage of the body, to allow maintenance of freshness of ginseng for longer, to ensure ginseng safety after harvest and to reduce ginseng spoilage during storage and distribution. A ginseng sterilizing device(300) comprises: a transfer conveyor to continuously supply ginseng; an electrolyzed water inlet pipe(304,328) formed with an electrolyzed water inlet port(302,326) to receive electrolyzed water from an electrolyzed water storage tank by a pump and branched into the upper side and lower side of the transfer conveyor; an upper electrolyzed water branch pipe(310,312,334,336) connected to the electrolyzed water inlet pipe and disposed at the upper side of the transfer conveyor; a lower electrolyzed water branch pipe(314,316,338,340) connected to the electrolyzed water inlet pipe and disposed at the lower side of the transfer conveyor; an upper electrolyzed water injection nozzle installed at the upper electrolyzed water distribution pipe or the upper electrolyzed water branch pipe and downwardly injecting electrolyzed water; and a lower electrolyzed water injection nozzle installed at the lower electrolyzed water distribution pipe or the lower electrolyzed water branch pipe and upwardly injecting electrolyzed water, an electrolyzed water treatment part to collect and discharging electrolyzed water which is injected, wherein the transfer conveyor comprises a pair of transfer conveyors to allow ginseng to transfer by insertion therebetween and has a pulse wave-type unit wire which is connected in an advancing direction and a mesh structure to allow free distribution of electrolyzed water.

    • 본 발명은 냉동식품 조리에 적합한 전자레인지 및 이를 이용한 냉동식품 제조 방법에 관한 것으로써, 상세하게는 전분성 레토르트 식품의 조리시 식품 표피의 경화 현상에 따른 식감 저하 방지 및 품질 유지에 적합한 전자레인지 및 이를 이용한 냉동식품 조리방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 전분성 냉동식품조리를 위한 전자레인지는 마이크로파를 발생시키는 마그네트론; 상기 마크네트론에서 발생되는 마이크로파의 강도를 제어하는 전압제어부; 전압조절에 따라 모터의 회전속도에 의해 풍량을 조절하여 외기공기를 흡입하여 건조공기로 사용하는 열풍기; 상기 흡입된 외기공기를 가열 열풍으로 변형하여 전자레인지 내부로 공급하는 전기히터; 냉동식품이 위치하는 턴테이블; 및 상기 냉동식품으로부터 증발된 수분을 상기 흡입된 열풍에 의해 외부로 방출하는 배기닥트를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 전자레인지로 전분성 레토르 식품을 조리시 식품 표피의 경화현상에 따른 식감저하를 방지하고 식품 원형 및 품질을 유지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
