    • PURPOSE: An omnidirectional fluid valve and a fuel feeding apparatus applied with the same are provided to always secure a fuel discharge path using a gravitational weight, thereby always stably feeding fuel even in the air in which the posture of a fuel tank is varied. CONSTITUTION: An omnidirectional fluid valve (1) has a valve cylinder (10). The valve cylinder generates a restoring force so that a gravitational center thereof coincides with a gravitational direction through inertia due to the weight thereof in spite of the posture variation of a fuel tank (100). The restoring force always opens a fuel inlet path through which fuel flows inside the space of the valve cylinder. The fuel is fed from the tank to a fuel pipe.     • PURPOSE: A rainfall meter is provided to easily measure rainfall although foreign materials or scales are contained in the rainfall. CONSTITUTION: A rainfall collecting container(10) collects rainfall. A plurality of branched pipes(22, 24) is formed at the lower side of the rainfall collecting container. A direction converting valve(30) converts the path of rainfall dropped from the rainfall collecting container into the branched pipes. Water tanks(42, 44) are in connection with the branched pipes. Measuring beakers(42a, 44a) are formed in the water tanks, and the lower parts of the measuring beakers are opened. Draining valves(52, 54) are formed at the bottom of the water tanks. A sensor detects the pressures of the inner upper parts of the measuring beakers.
