摘要： PURPOSE: A faucet device is provided to improve an exterior because a cover exposed to the outside is horizontal to a discharge port even if a supply pipe or a faucet box case is inclined. CONSTITUTION: A faucet device comprises a faucet box case(100), a flexible pipe(200), a main body(300), a connection pipe(400), a valve cartridge(500), a cover(900), and a discharge port(700). One end of the flexible pipe is connected to a supply pipe(10), and the flexible pipe receives water from the supply pipe. The faucet box case accepts the flexible pipe and is buried in a wall. The main body has first, second, and third fastening units. The first fastening unit is connected to the other end of the flexible pipe. The connection pipe is coupled to the second fastening unit and has a discharge port fastening unit. The valve cartridge controls the flow rate of water flowing to the second fastening unit. The cover is coupled to the faucet box case and has first and second through holes. The discharge port is coupled to the inner side of the discharge port fastening unit and supplies water to the outside.

The connecting pipe is formed from a synthetic resin material and comprises a stopping unit(11) and an O-ring groove(12). The stopping unit is protruded more outwardly than the outer circumferential surface on one end of the lever faucet. The O-ring groove is formed so that an O-ring(53) can be coupled to the lower part of the groove. The body is formed from a synthetic resin material and comprises a holding groove(22). The holding groove is formed on the inner circumferential surface of a pipe inserting hole(21) so that the stopping unit can be placed.

摘要： PURPOSE: A cold and hot water supply system is provided to supply cold and hot water with less temperature variation by securing smooth mutual flow between hot/cold water and mixed water. CONSTITUTION: A cold and hot water supply system comprises a cold-water supply pipe, a hot water distribution pipe(20), a circulating water pipe(30), a valve(22), a faucet water spout, and a control unit. The hot water distribution pipe distributes the hot water heated by a hot water boiler. The circulating water pipe reheats the hot water in the hot water boiler and supplies it to the hot water distribution pipe. The valve including a thermostat valve is installed below the hot water distribution pipe. The faucet water spout includes a flow control lever for flow control and blocking of cold water and mixed water, and a cold and hot water switch lever. The control unit includes a controller which controls the set temperature and flow rate of the mixed water.

The synthetic resin connection pipe comprises a hanging part(11). The faucet body comprises a hanging part mounting groove(21), and a cartridge assembly is seated in the upper part of the faucet body. The hanging part mount groove hangs the connection pipe. The upper cap is joined to the faucet body with a screw, thereby compressing the cartridge assembly and the hanging part of the connection pipe and fixing. The hanging part support pipe is formed to be inserted by being closely adhered to the inner diameter of the connection pipe.
