    • The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus to control a continuous variable valve lift regarding to a continuous valve lift to continuously alter a valve lift of an inhalant valve or an exhalant valve in accordance with an operation of an automobile engine by controlling the valve lift by estimating a control value without a sensor, reduce the number of sensors, and reduce the development costs and production costs. According to the present invention, the composition of the apparatus to control a continuous variable valve lift is as follows: a first cam is prepared on a cam shaft and a control axis shaft is prepared in parallel with the cam shaft; a control axis lever coupled to the control axis shaft, an engine, and a swing arm are coupled to become rotatable; and a second cam on the swing arm comes in contact with the first cam with the ability to pivot around the second cam. According to the rotation of a brushless direct current (BLDC) motor, the control axis shaft is rotated through a worm gear, and the second cam, connected to the swing arm through a swing arm shaft, comes in contact with the first cam by pivoting to open and close a valve openable unit. The apparatus to control a continuous variable valve lift includes a motor control unit. The motor control unit determines the number (S) of states per revolution of the BLDC motor in accordance with the number (H) of hall sensors of the BLDC motor and the number (P) of poles of sensor magnets, while calculating a rotation angle (A) of the control axis per state of the BLDC motor by dividing a rotation angle range (AR) of the control axis shaft by the number of total states (Max) on an overall range of the BLDC motor.

CONSTITUTION: A structure for a driving link of an intake/exhaust valve of a two-stroke external combustion engine comprises a link shaft(10), more than one intake link(20), and more than one exhaust link(30). The link shaft is installed above an upper surface of a cylinder head(CH) in parallel with a cam shaft(100). The upper surface of a leading end of the intake link elastically contacts with an outer surface of a corresponding intake cam(110) by an elastic support unit. A rear end of the intake link is supported to an upper end of a valve stem(131) of a corresponding intake valve. A lower surface of the leading end of the exhaust link elastically contacts with the outer surface of a corresponding exhaust cam(120) by the elastic support unit. The rear end of the exhaust link is supported to the upper end of the valve stem(141) of a corresponding exhaust valve. The intake links and exhaust links are installed on the link shaft by turns.

A lubricant path(320) and a brake path(310) are formed inside the rocker shaft in an axial direction. The solenoid valve is moved to the brake path by flowing a part of oil supplied to the lubricant path into the solenoid valve. A space is arranged in the exhaust rocker arm. The stopper is fixed to the top of the space of the exhaust rocker arm. The actuator is accepted in the space and has a pressing piston for pressing the exhaust rocker arm.
