    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a reflector is provided to simplify a process for preventing glariness and for improving reflectivity, and to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A plastic injection material is injected from a mold(S21). An ultrasonic cleaning process is performed on the surface of the plastic injection material to remove a foreign substance of less than 10 micrometer(S22). A plasma process is performed on the surface of the plastic injection material to remove a foreign substance of less than 1 micrometer(S23). An aluminum thin film is deposited on the surface of the plastic injection material(S24). An UV coating process is performed on the surface of the plastic injection material(S25).
