    • The present invention relates to a method for culturing myocardium-derived cardiac progenitor cells; the cardiac progenitor cells culture by the method; a differentiation method; and a cell therapeutic agent and a therapeutic agent for treating heart diseases, containing the cardiac progenitor cells. The method for culturing the cardiac progenitor cells comprise the step of impregnating myocardium tissues into hydrogel and culturing; and decomposing the hydrogel and collecting cardiac progenitor cells transferred and grown in the hydrogel from the myocardium tissues. The cardiac progenitor cells have superior pluripotency into cardiomyocytes, osteoblasts, adipocytes, chondrocytes, vascular endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, or skeletal muscle cells and are spontaneously differentiated into cardiomyocytes without a special differentiation factor, thereby being applied to producing a novel drug such as a cell therapeutic agent and a tissue engineering therapeutic agent.
