    • The present invention relates to a combined type slope reinforcing method using high performance shotcrete and a reinforcing member comprising the steps of: producing normal concrete with compression strength of 21-30 MPa in a batcher plant and transferring the normal concrete to a field; increasing the fluidity of the normal concrete by introducing 20-40% of bubbles, based on the volume of the normal concrete, to the normal concrete; forming normal strength shotcrete by mixing the normal concrete with low grade mixing material, which is either of fly ash and slag fine powder or the mixture of the fly ash and the slag fine powder; forming high performance shotcrete by mixing the normal concrete with high grade mixing material which is either of silica fume and metakaolin or the mixture of the silica fume and the metakaolin; forming color shotcrete by mixing the normal concrete with a coloring agent such as iron oxide or carbon black; and successively forming an inner layer part, an outer layer part, and a surface layer part on a slope. Therefore, the present invention reduces construction costs and secures high strength and high durability of the slope. Moreover, maintenance for the slope can be easily performed.

    • The present invention relates to an ultra rapid hardening cement concrete composition with enhanced durability, and a road pavement maintenance method using the same, wherein the composition is characterized by comprising 3-30 wt% of ultra rapid hardening cement, 25-65 wt% of fine aggregate, 25-65 wt% of coarse aggregate, 0.1-15 wt% of water and 0.1-15 wt% of cement emulsion for mixing cement, and the cement emulsion for mixing cement additionally comprises 20-95 wt% of styrene-acryl emulsion, 0.1-70 wt% of butyl-acryl emulsion, 0.01-50 wt% of styrene-butadiene emulsion, 0.01-50 wt% of styrene-butadiene rubber latex, 0.01-50 wt% of ethylene-vinyl acetate emulsion, 0.01-50 wt% of polyacryl ester emulsion, 0.01-50 wt% of epoxy emulsion and 0.01-50 wt% of methyl metahcrylate emulsion. Present invention can improve workability and enhance strength and durability as well as reduce concrete errors and reduce the amount of a polymer used.

    • PURPOSE: A kaolin block with antibacterial activity is provided to increase intensity, and to decrease the toxicity of cement by adding kaolin, zeolite, cement, a seaweed extract, and a citron extract. CONSTITUTION: A kaolin block comprises 8-16 parts by weight of zeolite, 8-16 parts by weight of cement, and 4-8 parts by weight of seaweed extract, for 100.0 parts by weight of kaolin. The kaolin block additionally includes 2-5 parts by weight of citron extract which is extracted from the peels of citron for 100 parts by weight of kaolin. A kaolin block manufacturing method includes following steps; 8-16 parts by weight of zeolite, 8-16 parts by weight of cement, and 4-8 parts by weight of seaweed extract for 100 parts by weight of kaolin; kneading the mixture after adding eugenol diluted water into the mixture; and vibrate-molding the dough, and molding the dough in a mold before drying the molded product. In the kneading step, the moisture content is adjusted to be 55-65%.
