According to the present invention, the following effects can be achieved: enhancing workability; improving strength and durability; reducing errors of concrete; and reducing amount of polymers used.

The present invention can improve workability by sufficiently securing finishing work time by mixing the inorganic binding material and the polymer emulsion for mixing cement, and enhance flexural toughness, bond strength, long-age strength, durability and the like, and particularly, produce effects of increasing salt resistance, freezing and thawing resistance and alkali resistance.

The blister steel cementation comprises: 50-90 wt% of common Portland cement; 1-30 wt% of blast furnace slag powder; 1-20 wt% of calcium sulfo aluminate; 1-10 wt% of alumina cement; 0.1-10 wt% of inorganic oxide; 0.1-10 wt% of gypsum; and 0.01-10 wt% of alumina silicate.

The cement binder contains 50-90 weight% of the ultra high early strength concrete composition; 1-35 weight % of blast-furnace slag powder; 0.1-35 weight% of calcium sulfo-aluminate; 1-25 weight % of metha caolin; 0.1-10 weight% of paster; 0.1-5 weight% of polyvinyl amine; and 0.01-35 weight% of sodium lauryl sulfate.

The polymer compound contains 75-99 weight% of acryl emulsion; 0.1-10 weight% of polyethylene glycol and mono-methacrylate; 0.1-10 weight% of polyethylene acrylate; 0.1-10 weight% of polystyrene acrylic ester latex; and 0.01-5 weight% of polyvinyl acetate. The rapid curing type inorganic binder contains 20-90 weight% of Portland cement; 5-50 weight% of calcium sulfo aluminate; 0.1-20 weight% of alumina cement; 0.1-20 weight% of blast-furnace slag; 0.1-20 weight% of metakaolin; and 0.1-10 weight% of plaster. The rapid curing type inorganic binder further includes 0.01-5 weight% of aluminum powder to curb contraction by cement.
