The speed sensor detects rotation of an output shaft of a transmission and sensors the speed of the vehicle. The timer operates from the moment the vehicle stops and outputs a signal after some times. The air tank receives the output signal and supplies compressed air to brakes(40a,40b). The accelerator release braking by exhausting air supplied to brake chambers(20a,20b) if leg power is given. Therefore, leg power on the brake for a long time is not needed when stops the vehicle.
