    • The present invention relates to an anti-surge valve for a vehicle. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an anti-surge valve for a vehicle capable of preventing a diaphragm from being damaged due to stress concentration in operation and preventing engine malfunction and output shortage due to a damage to a diaphragm during driving a vehicle. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the anti-surge valve for a vehicle includes: a diaphragm dividing an internal space of a valve formed by a valve body and a cover into a pressure chamber in which a connection port is located, an air inlet, and an air outlet; a valve cup assembled to the diaphragm; a coupling member coupling the diaphragm and the valve cup; and a spring elastically supporting the diaphragm in the pressure chamber. A side part of the valve cup has a cross-section to be concave toward the center of the valve throughout the circumference so as to be deformed toward the center of the valve while the edge of the diaphragm is fixated by the valve body and the cover and the side part of the diaphragm adheres to the outer surface of the side part of the valve cup. The diaphragm comprises a center unit(141), a vertical unit(142), a connection unit(143), and a tensile unit(144). The vertical unit is individually included on both sides of the center unit and is extended by being closely attached to a side part of the piston. The connection unit is horizontally extended from the vertical unit and is inserted into between the housing and the cover. The tensile unit includes a tensile force between the vertical unit and the connection unit.

The motor unit comprises a motor case(22), a rotor(34) installed inside the motor case, and a stator(33) which gives torque to the rotor when applied with power. The pumping unit comprises a pump case(21) which adheres closely to the lower part of the motor unit, an eccentric cam(24) which is installed to be connected to the rotor and rotates within the pump case, a rod which is installed to adhere to the outside of the eccentric cap and reciprocates according to the rotation of the eccentric cap, and a diaphragm assembly(27) which is connected to the rod and pumps out gas fuel according to the linear action of the rod. The pumping units are installed along the lower circumference of the motor unit. Driven shafts of the pumping units are connected to a drive shaft combined with the rotor of the motor unit so that the diaphragm assembly installed in each pumping unit performs pumping of gas fuel at the same time.
