    • A seal structure for a connecting section in a chemical liquid valve (1), which is formed by connecting a resin manifold base (3) and a resin valve section (4), is provided with an H-shaped resin ring (20) interposed between a connecting section (7) of the base (3) and a connecting section (19) of the valve section (4). Groove-ridge lines (21, 22), fit together through their groove-ridge relationship, are formed in the corresponding regions of the connecting section (7) of the base (3) and the H-shaped ring (20), respectively. Groove-ridge lines (23, 24), fit together through their groove-ridge relationship, are formed in the corresponding regions of the connecting section (19) of the valve section (4) and the H-shaped ring (20), respectively. Further, at least either of the corresponding groove-ridge lines (21, 22) and at least either of the corresponding groove-ridge lines (23, 24) are each provided with a press-fit allowance extending in the wall-thickness direction of the respective groove-ridge lines (21-24).

    • A flow control valve (1) in which the position of a differential screw is easily locked without displacing the adjusted position of the valve element.
