摘要： PURPOSE: A caulking device for manufacturing ball-joint and a ball-joint manufacturing method using the same are provided to secure torque uniformity of ball-joint. CONSTITUTION: A caulking device for manufacturing ball-joint comprises a lower jig(20), a torque measuring unit(30) and a calking roller(60). The lower jig fixes a socket of a ball-joint. The torque measuring unit measures the torque and rotates the ball-stud of the ball-joint which is projected to the lower part of the lower jig. The calking roller is vertically moved by a vertical driving part on the upper side of the lower jig. The calking roller cokes the socket while rotating according to the drive of the servo motor. The calking roller calking is stopped by the torque measured by the torque measuring unit. A controller(40) makes the operation of the vertical driver and servo motor.

摘要： PURPOSE: A suspension system and an end link of a plug in direct acting stabilizer bar thereof is provided for the stabilizer bar to be quickly and easily mounted at the end link with minimum complication. CONSTITUTION: A suspension system has a pair of end links(40) for mutually connecting both ends of a stabilizer bar(30) and a pair of suspension members. The stabilizer bar has a central segment and an arm segments(34) extending from both ends of the central segment. The end links mutually connect the distant end of the arm segments to the suspension members. Axial bores(70) are formed at both distant ends of the arm segment to enable to accept studs extending from the end links. The axial bores can be provided with female screws(74) for accepting male screws(72) formed on the studs(58) of the end links, and such a screw structure allows the stabilizer bar to be quickly and easily mounted on the end links with the minimum number of parts items.
