    • PURPOSE: A caulking device for manufacturing ball-joint and a ball-joint manufacturing method using the same are provided to secure torque uniformity of ball-joint. CONSTITUTION: A caulking device for manufacturing ball-joint comprises a lower jig(20), a torque measuring unit(30) and a calking roller(60). The lower jig fixes a socket of a ball-joint. The torque measuring unit measures the torque and rotates the ball-stud of the ball-joint which is projected to the lower part of the lower jig. The calking roller is vertically moved by a vertical driving part on the upper side of the lower jig. The calking roller cokes the socket while rotating according to the drive of the servo motor. The calking roller calking is stopped by the torque measured by the torque measuring unit. A controller(40) makes the operation of the vertical driver and servo motor.

A first support is formed in the ball support in an opposite side of the receiving part.
