    • PURPOSE: A key interlock system of an automatic transmission vehicle is provided to prevent malfunction and to reduce manufacture cost. CONSTITUTION: A key interlock system of an automatic transmission vehicle comprises a locking plate(10), a key interlock cam(20), a cable block and a cylinder block. The key interlock cam is mounted inside a shift lever housing(1) and connected to one side of the key interlock cam. The locking plate is installed to slide in the shift lever housing and has a slot hole and a lever hole. The slot hole is connected to the key interlock cam. The shift lever is inserted into the lever hole. The cable block is connected to one side of the key interlock cable, moves along the longitudinal direction of an ignition lock body and has a locking projection. The cylinder block is installed in the ignition lock cylinder and restricts the rotation of the ignition lock cylinder or the movement of the cable block by the connection with the locking projection.

CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the shift switch of a selector lever for an automatic transmission comprises a rotating plate(13), a control lever(19), a protrusion guide plate(25), and a return unit. An up-shift switch(5) and a down-shift switch(7) are mounted on the rotating plate, and a protruded member(17) is formed in the center of the rotating plate. The control lever placed between the shift switches to turn on/off the shift switches in the M(Manual) range of a manual speed change mode. When a selector lever(9) is shifted to the M range from the D(Driving) range, the protrusion guide plate installed opposite to the protruded member of the rotating plate makes the protruded member push the rotating plate outward. The return unit consists of a return spring(33) interposed between a support plate and the rotating plate. The return unit applies a restorative force to the rotating plate.
