摘要： PURPOSE: A stripper is provided to ensure excellent strippability of a photosensitive film, to remarkably reduce swelling phenomenon in a color filter and insulating layer, and to suppress display defects by preventing the unevenness caused by swelling of the surface of the color filter and insulating layer. CONSTITUTION: A stripper comprises 1-20 weight% cyclic amine compound, 10-90 weight% glycol ether compound, and the remaining amount of polar solvent. A method for manufacturing a display panel using a release agent comprises the steps of: forming a gate electrode(124); forming an insulating layer(140) on the gate electrode; forming a semiconductor(151) on the gate insulating layer; forming a source electrode(173) and a drain electrode(175) on the semiconductor; forming a color filter(230) on the source electrode and drain electrode; and forming pixel electrode(191) on the insulating layer.

摘要： A gate line includes a first seed layer formed on a base substrate and a first metal layer formed on the first seed layer. A first insulation layer is formed on the base substrate. A second insulation layer is formed on the base substrate. Here, a line trench is formed through the second insulation layer in a direction crossing the gate line. A data line includes a second seed layer formed below the line trench and a second metal layer formed in the line trench. A pixel electrode is formed in a pixel area of the base substrate. Therefore, a trench of a predetermined depth is formed using an insulation layer and a metal layer is formed through a plating method, so that a metal line having a sufficient thickness may be formed.

摘要： An etching solution, a method for forming a wire using the same, and a method for manufacturing a thin film transistor substrate are provided to improve the lateral profile of the wire while the adhesive property of a copper layer is maintained, during patterning of the copper layer. An etching solution is used in etching a multi-layered wire of a molybdenum layer, a copper layer, and a molybdenum nitride layer. The etching solution comprises hydrogen peroxide of 10 to 50 weight percents, organic acid of 1 to 5 weight percents, triazole-based compound of 0.1 to 1 weight percents, fluoride compound of 0.01 to 0.5 weight percents, and remained deionized water. The organic acid is citric acid, the triazole-based compound is benzotriazole, and the fluoride compound is hydrofluoric acid.
