    • PURPOSE: Tile joint compositions are provided to facilitate a constructing process with respect to tile joints by mixing an epoxy resin and a hardening agent of a specific mixing ratio. CONSTITUTION: Tile joint compositions include 55-65 weight% of an epoxy resin, 25-35 weight% of an epoxy hardening agent, 4-8 weight% of a hardening agent, and 1-4 weight% of a diluent. The epoxy hardening agent hardens the epoxy resin. The hardening agent secures the desired color of tile joints. The diluent easily mixes the epoxy resin, the hardening agent, and a pigment. The epoxy resin is DGEBA. The compositions further include an ultraviolet ray screening agent, a whitening agent, an antimicrobial agent, or aromatics.

    • A pavement for manhole repair by using coal digested pitch is provided to improve plasticity, waterproofness, adiabatic ability, compressive strength, and bending strength of a target region to be repaired. A pavement for manhole repair is prepared by a mixture of 10-20wt% of two-part epoxy resin composition and 80-90wt% of silica, in which the two-part epoxy resin composition consists of 65-75wt% of an epoxy compound as a main material and 25-35wt% of a hardener. The epoxy compound consists of 8-12wt% of coal digested pitch, 78-88wt% of epoxy resin, 0.3-0.7wt% of a reactive diluent, 3-8wt% of a filler, and 0.7-1.5wt% of a fluid modifier. The hardener consists of 1-3w% of urea-formaldehyde resin, 76-83wt% of amine, 0.8-1.5wt% of a curing accelerator, 11.2-14.5wt% of a filler, and 4-5wt% of a fluid modifier.

    • PURPOSE: An epoxy mortar composition for repairing or supplementing a concentrate thin film is provided, to improve air permeation, compression strength and adhesive strength. CONSTITUTION: The epoxy mortar composition comprises 1-20 wt% of an epoxy main component; 10-40 wt% of water; 1-20 wt% of an aqueous polyamine additive epoxy curing agent; 10-70 wt% of a hydraulic cement; and 20-80 wt% of sand or aggregate. Optionally the epoxy mortar composition comprises further 1-90 wt% of a diluent selected from the group consisting of a silica sol, an alumina sol and glycol. Preferably the hydraulic cement is at least one selected from the group consisting of ordinary cement, moderate heat cement, fast curing cement, ultra high-early strength cement and three-component system cement.
