    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of L-methionine and related products is provided to be used for producing methionine and by-products thereof from methionine precursors. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of L-methionine and related product comprises the following steps: producing L-methionine and acetate supply source by processing O- acetyl homoserine (OAHS) fermentation liquid(1002) as enzyme; forming residual solution which includes the acetate supply source and the L-methionine(1022) obtained by separating a part of L-methionine from one part of the acetate supply source; and collecting(1050) acetate in which a part of the acetate supply source from the residual solution. The manufacturing method additionally includes a step of using the acetate which is collected as a reagent.     • PURPOSE: A succinic acid culture medium with high productivity is provided to mass produce the succinic acid at low cost by mixing expensive yeast extract with low price corn precipitate at optimal rate. CONSTITUTION: A succinic acid culture medium comprises 125-195g/l of glucose, 6-18 g/l of yeast extract, 15-40 g/l of corn precipitate, 8-12 g/l of sodium hydrogen carbonate and 90-110 g/l of magnesium carbonate. The succinic acid production cell group is Actinobacillus succinogenes. A manufacturing method of the succinic acid comprises the following steps: cultivating the succinic acid production cell group in the culture medium; and obtaining the succinic acid from the culture fluid.
