In an air tank pressure control apparatus for a vehicle, an air tank(20b) is filled with air with a predetermined pressure. The air in the air tank is supplied to brakes of wheels through a booster, when a brake pedal(30) is in operation. An electric heater(50) and a pressure sensor(60) are installed in the air tank. The electric heater contacts a storage battery(80) through a relay(70). The pressure sensor and the relay are in contact with an ECU(Electric Control Unit,90). The relay is turned on and the electric heater is in operation, when inner pressure of the air tank sensed by the pressure sensor is under a set pressure. The electric heater heats the inner air of the air tank such that brake pressure rises.

    • 본 고안은 철도차량의 고속, 고밀도 운행에 대비하여 경부선, 호남선에서
      운행하고 있는 열차의 운영체계를 기존의 지상신호방식에서 차상신호(ATP:
      Automatic Train Protection)방식으로 시스템을 구축하는데 필요한 차상신호
      장치(ATP)와 기관차의 제동장치를 결합시키는 기관차용 ATP 제동 인터페이스
      장치로 국내외에서 처음으로 고안되었다.
      기관차는 ATP 차상제어장치에서 나오는 전기신호를 받아서 상용제동을 수행
      하여야 하나, 현재 설치되어 있는 기존의 공기제동장치로는 ATP 차상제어
      장치에서 나오는 전기신호를 받을 수 없음으로 기관차용 ATP 제동인터페이스
      유니트를 설치하여, ATP 차상제어장치에서 나오는 전기신호를 받아 공기제동
      장치로 전달하기 위해서
      본 장치는 전자변, 역지변, 유량조절밸브, 압력스위치 및 제어용 공기통으로
      간단하게 구성되어 기관차 제동장치의 균형공기관에 결합되며, ATP 차상제어
      장치의 전기적인 제동요청 신호지령을 공기적인 신호로 변환시켜 기관차의
      공기 제동장치에 인가시켜 신속하고, 안전하게 작동하게 함은 물론 작동의
      결과를 감시하여 귀환토록 구성하였다.
      동작은 열차가 정상운행조건에서 ATP 차상제어장치가 상용제동을 지령하면,
      균형공기차단(ERV, OFF Valve)전자변을 자화시켜 26C제동변에 조합되어있는
      균형공기 조정변으로 부터 P2A 제동작용밸브를 경유하여, 중계밸브에 공급되
      는 균형공기를 차단하고, 상용제동(SBV, ON VAalve)전자변을 자화시켜, 중계
      밸브, 균형공기관 및 균형공기통(220CU.IN)에 있는 균형공기를 제어용공기통
      (1.5리터)에 유량조절밸브를 경유하여 서서히 충기 시키는 방법으로 균형
      공기관의 압력을 제어하여 제동관의 압력을 저하시켜 상용제동을 체결케
      하였고,
      ATP 차상제어장치에서 신호지령이 차단되면, 균형공기차단(ERV) 전자변이
      소자되면, P2A 제동작용밸브로 부터 공급되는 공기통로를 열어 26C제동변에
      조합되어 있는 균형공기조정변 및 EP제동장치와 균형공기통(220CU.IN)에
      공기를 공급하여 균형공기를 충기 (제동관 공기를 충기)시킴으로 제동완해가
      되도록 하였다.
      상용제동(SBV)전자변도 소자되어 제어용 공기통에 충기되어 있는 공기를
      유량조절밸브를 경유, 상용제동(SBV)전자변의 배기구를 통하여 대기로 방출
      함으로서 다음 제동체결에 대비 시킨다.
      ATP 차상제어장치가 상용제동을 지령하여 열차가 ATP에 의한 상용제동이
      체결되어 있는 상태에서 기관사 또는 열차의 안전장치(운전자 가수면방지
      장치(경계장치), 열차방호장치 등)에 의해 현재 체결되어 있는 상용제동
      레벨보다 높은 레벨의 상용제동이나 비상제동 체결이 요청되면, 균형공기
      관의 공기를 균형공기차단(ERV)전자변에 병렬로 설치되어 있는 역지변
      (CHECK VALVE)을 경유하여 26C제동밸브 또는 P2A 제동작용밸브에서 대기로
      배기시키도록 하여, ATP에 의한 상용제동 보다 높은 레벨의 상용제동이나
      비상제동을 체결토록 하였다.
      또한 ATP 차상제어장치 또는 본 ATP 제동인터페이스 장치가 고장시에 기존
      의 제동장치를 안전하게 사용할수 있도록 균형공기 바이패스 콕크 설치와
      ATP 제동인터페이스장치로 공급되는 공기를 차단할수 있는 공기차단콕크를
      설치하였다.
      상기와 같이 구성함으로서 ATP 차상제어장치가 요구하는 기관차 제동을
      기관차용 ATP 제동인터페이스장치를 설치함으로서 현재 설치되어 있는
      기존의 공기제동장치가 Fail-Safe하게 동작 되도록 하였다.

The sealing member selectively seals the bottom of an exhaust port formed on the top end of the body. The valve seat cover the bottom portion of the sealing member, and one or more seat protrusions are formed on the outer surface thereof. The return unit forcefully returns the lever to the original position thereof. The support member supports the return unit. The dust cover covers the top of the exhaust port.
