      따라서 본 발명은 정렬장치로 실리콘잉곳의 자세를 정렬한 뒤에 오토로딩장치로 클램핑장치에 설치하여 클램핑장치로 실리콘잉곳을 이동 및 회전하면서 절삭 가공과 연삭 가공을 차례로 진행하기 때문에, 실리콘잉곳의 양측면 절삭과 챔퍼링, 그라인딩을 단계적으로 진행할 수 있어 작업성을 향상하고, 실리콘잉곳의 가공 정도와 가공 시간을 합리화하여 일정한 품질을 용이하게 유지할 수 있는 등의 효과를 발휘한다.

According to the present invention, the ingot cut by the wire slicing device while being tilted is minutely vibrated because a tilting device fixing spring transfers the vibration to the tilting device through the vibration device, a vertical vibration monorail, and a lateral vibration monorail, thereby removing cut scraps to minimize the frictional heat. Accordingly, the present invention can extend the life of the diamond wire and can precisely form the cut surface of the cut ingot.
