CONSTITUTION: An ingot fixing apparatus having a tilting function comprises a base frame(210), support frames(220,220'), and a tilting unit. The base frame is coupled to the bottom of a lifting unit. The support frames are perpendicularly coupled to the bottom of both sides of the base frame. The tilting unit is installed in the support frames and fixes and rotates ingot(D). The tilting unit comprises pivot shafts(230,230') which are installed on the respective support frames, a shaft pulley(231), a drive motor(240), a driving belt(250), and a rotation fixing unit which is rotated by the pivot shafts and fixes the ingot.

    • The present invention relates to an ingot tilting device having a vibration device and, more specifically, to an ingot tilting device having a vibration device which can reduce cutting time with increased cutting speed and can uniformly cut the cut surface of a wafer formed by cutting an ingot by fixing the ingot to be cut by a wire slicing device to be able to tilt so as to minimize frictional heat between the ingot and a diamond wire and cut area. The vibration device increases cutting efficiency by generating minute vibration to the ingot tilting device having the tilting function and minimizes damage to the diamond wire. According to the present invention, the ingot cut by the wire slicing device while being tilted is minutely vibrated because a tilting device fixing spring transfers the vibration to the tilting device through the vibration device, a vertical vibration monorail, and a lateral vibration monorail, thereby removing cut scraps to minimize the frictional heat. Accordingly, the present invention can extend the life of the diamond wire and can precisely form the cut surface of the cut ingot.
