    • An additive for the preservation of heterogenous substance in a heterogenous substance receptacle is provided to improve preservability of contents stored in the heterogenous substance receptacle by allowing the heterogenous substance to be mixed with the contents of a container when an opening is opened. A heterogenous substance receptacle(1) comprises a container(100), a fixing unit(10) fixed to the container and an operating unit. When a user touches a certain part of the container or opens the heterogenous substance receptacle, contents stored in a storage space(21) fall into the container via a falling space(11). The mixed contents can be converted into an alcohol drink according to the alcohol contents contained in heterogenous substance.

    • A method and a system for sterilizing foods at an ultra-low temperature are provided to increase the shelf life of foods such as Japanese vinegared rice delicacies, boiled rice with assorted mixtures, or seasoned vegetables, and to maintain the taste and freshness of the foods even after thawing them. A method for sterilizing foods at an ultra-low temperature comprises the step of depositing a sealed package container in a refrigerant of -55~-65°C for about 10~15min. The refrigerant is made of a second refrigerant which is indirectly cooled by a first refrigerant obtained by the compression and condensation of Freon gas, and the second refrigerant comprises ethyl alcohol or sodium chloride solution. A system for sterilizing foods at an ultra-low temperature comprises: a first refrigerant storage tank(23) storing a first refrigerant obtained by liquefying refrigerant gas through a compressor and a condenser; a second refrigerant storage tank(24) which is kept at -55~-65°C by the first refrigerant; and a cooling tank(26) having a second refrigerant transfer passage(27) in spiral shape, wherein a package container(10) is transferred along the second refrigerant transfer passage for about 10~15min.
