    • A substrate for an oligomer probe array and an oligomer probe array are provided to improve integrity and reaction yield of the oligomer probe array, function as a linker or a spacer through an intermediate film included therein to provide a selective reaction region and show less tangling phenomenon and improved resolution of the intermediate film. A substrate for an oligomer probe array comprises: a substrate; and an intermediate film formed on the substrate and represented by a formula(1) and is prepared by providing the substrate and then forming the intermediate film on the substrate. An oligomer probe array comprises: an oligomer probe; a substrate including an active region where the oligomer probe is coupled and an in-active region where the oligomer probe is not coupled; and an intermediate film including a chemical structure represented by a formula(2) on the active region and including the chemical structure of the formula(1) on the inactive region and is prepared by providing the substrate, forming the intermediate film including the structure of the formula(1) on the substrate, exposing at least a portion of the intermediate film to light, and coupling the oligomer probe to at least a portion of the exposed intermediate film. In the formulae, R1 is C2-8 alkyl, aryl, cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl; R2 is C2-8 alkyl, aryl, cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl; Y is coupled to a linker, a spacer or the oligomer probe; X is coupled to the substrate directly or via a fixation layer; the fixation layer includes Si(OR)3, wherein R is C1-2 alkyl.

    • A biochip kit is provided to concentrate light enough and detect an accurate wavelength by placing a detecting portion as adjacent as possible regarding a biochip exposed to the outside, thereby improving the test reliability. A method for testing a bio-sample is provided to automate the test of a plurality of the biochip kits in sequence, thereby improving testing efficiency. A biochip kit(10) comprises: a first housing(110); a biochip placed inside the first housing and including a plurality of probes; and a second housing(120) which is engaged with the first housing to cover the biochip, provides a reaction space together with the first housing and is isolated from the first housing to expose the upper surface of the biochip. A method for testing a bio-sample comprises the steps of: (a) providing the biochip kit; (b) subjecting the bio-sample to a coupling reaction between the probe and the bio-sample by providing the bio-sample inside the reaction space; (c) isolating the second housing to expose the upper surface of the biochip; and (d) adjacently placing a detecting portion on the exposed biochip to test whether the probe and the bio-sample are coupled to each other. Further, the first housing or the second housing contains inlet/outlet.

A microarray comprises a substrate; a siloxane resin layer which is represented by the formula(1) or (2), has a molecular weight of 1,000-10,000 and is on the substrate; an oligomer probe coupled to the siloxane resin layer. In the formulae, each R1 and R2 is C1-30 hydrocarbon, respectively; and each X1 and X2 is hydroxyl, aldehyde, carboxyl, amino, thiol, halo or sulfonate, respectively. In the microarray, at least portion of the hydrocarbon is a fixated branch which is exposed to the surface of the siloxane resin layer and the oligomer probe is coupled to the fixated branch.

    • An oligomer probe array is provided to be able to improve the signal to noise ratio by allowing an oligomer probe to be coupled to a probe cell active region and not to be coupled to a probe cell separation region, thereby increasing the accuracy of analysis. An oligomer probe array comprises a substrate(100); a probe cell separation region(130) not including a functional group(150) coupled to an oligomer probe(160) on the surface; a plurality of cell active regions(120) separated by the probe cell separation region, formed on or in the substrate and having a substantially flat surface; and a plurality of oligomer probes coupled to each of the probe cell active regions and having a sequence different from one another. The surface of the probe cell includes a functional group coupled to the oligomer probe, wherein a portion of the functional group is coupled to the oligomer probe and the other functional group is inactively capped, and the probe cell active region is a pattern of a film formed on the substrate, an LOCOS(local oxidation silicon) film formed by topically oxidizing the substrate or a trench-type active. A method for preparing an oligomer probe array comprises the steps of: (a) providing a substrate; (b) forming a plurality of probe cell active regions, wherein the surface of the probe cell active regions are formed to be substantially flat; and (c) coupling an oligomer probe having a different sequence one another to each of the probe cell active regions.
