The stop checking dog figures out a stopping of the conveyor belt. The first and second conveyor speed sensors firstly and secondly sense the speed checking dog. The conveyor stop checking sensor judges whether the conveyor belt exactly stops at a stop position or not. The conveyor speed judging unit calculates a transferring speed of the conveyor using a distance of the first and second conveyor speed sensors input in advance. The motor transferring control unit stops transferring of the motor, thereby stopping the conveyor belt at a predetermined position.

CONSTITUTION: A bidirectional tool broken detector(100) includes a device housing, a common sensor, a sensor block, a common moving block, and an elastic member. The device housing has a first, and a second sensing hole. A horizontal tool(5) is partly inserted into the end part of the first sensing hole to be detected. A vertical tool(7) is partly inserted into a side of the second sensing hole to be detected. The common detection sensor senses a damage of horizontal and vertical tools. The common moving block is installed in the device housing adjacent to the first and second sensing hole. If the horizontal tool or the vertical tool is inserted through the corresponding sensing hole and is pressurized, the common detection sensor generates a sensing signal as the common moving block moves to the common detection sensor. The elastic member is arranged between the common moving block and a sensor support block.
