摘要： A workpiece machining apparatus is provided to improve fabrication precision of a workpiece by accurately detecting a central coordinate of a through hole for detecting a position. A workpiece machining apparatus includes a table and a position detection unit(20). The table is movable and supports a workpiece(P) to be fabricated. The position detection unit detects a position of the workpiece by a reflected light from a position detection through hole(18) formed on the workpiece. An intermediate member(10) is installed between the table and the workpiece. A light reception opening(12) is formed in the intermediate member, wherein a width of the light reception opening that the width of an opening surface includes the position detection through hole by being overlapped with the position detection through hole.
