    • PURPOSE: A waste heat management system of an electric vehicle and a management method thereof are provided to consume the energy in the summer and the winter by efficiently using electricity according to control levels. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat management system of an electric vehicle comprises a water pump(100), a OBC cooling water line(C), a motor cooling water line(B), a heater core cooling water line(D), and a radiator cooling water line(E). The water pump controls the flow of cooling water. The OBC cooling water line and the motor cooling water line branch from the outlet of the water pump cooling water line in parallel. The heat core cooling water line and the radiator cooling water line are separately connected in parallel to the inlet of the water pump cooling water line and to the joint point of the OBC cooling water line and the motor cooling water line. The OBC cooling water line(300) is connected with an OBC and an LDC(320) in series. The outlet of water pump cooling water line branch to the LDC cooling water line with the OBC cooling water line and the motor cooling water line in parallel.     • PURPOSE: A heating system using air flow control of an electric vehicle and method thereof are provided to improve thermal efficiency supplied into a vehicle room and to keep warm a heating unit by not supplying air to a motor. CONSTITUTION: A heating system using air flow control of an electric vehicle comprises a heating unit(10), an outer heat exchange unit(20), and an inner unit(30). The heating unit comprises a motor(11) and an inverter(12) which are operated for driving of the electric vehicle. The outer heat exchange unit includes an outer heat exchanger(21). The outer heat exchanger unit is supplies heat generated in the heating unit and transfers to the inner unit. The outer heat exchange unit generates openings in the lower side and on one side and circulates the outside air. The inner unit is located on the side of a vehicle room. The inner unit included an inner heat exchanger(31) and releases the heat transferred from the outer heat exchanger.
