    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a sub transmission mechanism, a two-four switching mechanism, and a differential lock mechanism by a single operation shaft.
      SOLUTION: The transfer device 3 for a four-wheel drive vehicle 1 comprises a center differential 43, the sub transmission mechanism 41, the two-four switching mechanism 45, and the differential lock mechanism 47. In the transfer device 3 for the four-wheel drive vehicle 1, a first shift fork 129 engaging with the sub transmission mechanism 41 and movable for switching the sub transmission mechanism 41, a second shift fork 131 engaging with the two-four switching mechanism 45 and movable for switching the two-four switching mechanism 45, and a third shift fork 133 engaging with the differential lock mechanism 47 and movable for switching the differential lock mechanism 47 are provided. The operation shaft 135 is provided, which engages with the first, second, third shift forks 129, 131, 133 and can selectively switch the first, second, third shift forks 129, 131, 133 by shaft rotations.
