    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper end mounting part structure of a rear strut assembly capable of improving the NVH performance of a vehicle by forming an upper end side mounting part, to which a load of the rear strut assembly is transmitted in the space of a box structure to increase stiffness, and accordingly reducing travel noise and idle noise.
      SOLUTION: In the upper end mounting part structure, the internal surface of a quarter inner panel, a rear wheel housing inner panel, a guide hole, and a bolt hole are formed. The structure is composed of a wheel housing cover set up by being welded to the internal surface of the rear wheel housing inner panel and forming the space of the box structure between itself and the rear wheel housing inner panel, a reinforcing bracket welded to the wheel housing cover connected to the bolt hole, and a welding nut.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount/demount a heater, and to improve maintenance performance by forming an electric heater in a gear shape, horizontally inserting the bar-shaped heater into the bottom part of a pressure chamber through a connector part arranged in a case, and thread-mounting the tail end part of the bar-shaped heater on the connector part. SOLUTION: A pressure chamber is defined between a case 12 and a damper body of an inverted damper having the damper body and a damper rod so that a pressure medium is sealed in the pressure chamber. A bar-shaped electric heater 16 positioned on the car width directional inside to the damper rod and a temperature sensor 17 positioned on the car width directional outside to the damper rod are arranged in the bottom part of the pressure chamber. In this case, the bar-shaped electric heater 16 is horizontally inserted into the pressure chamber through a connector part 12c arranged in the case 12, and the tail end part of the bar-shaped electric heater 16 is thread-mounted on the connector part 12c. The temperature sensor 17 is also horizontally inserted into the pressure chamber through a connector part 12d arranged in the case 12, and the tail end part is thread-mounted on the connector part 12d.

    • PURPOSE: To smoothly slide a piston by arranging a hydraulic cylinder in a wheel supporting member movable axially and rotatably provided on a guiding casing, and closing it by a piston fixedly combined with the guiding casing so as to form a pressure chamber. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical supporting member 4 movable axially and rotatably relative to it is arranged in a guiding casing 3 fixed to a vehicle chassis 1, and it is combined with the supporting body 7 of a wheel through a flange 6. A piston 11 is arranged in the supporting member 4, and the piston rod 12 is extendingly provided in the apart direction from the flange 6, to be fixed with the bottom part 13 of the guiding casing 3. The cylinder chamber between the flange 6 and the piston 11 is formed in a hydraulic cylinder 10, a closed pressure chamber 14 of the hydraulic cylinder shock absorber, and it is connected to an accumulator 17 through a hole 15 and a conduit 16. By this constitution, hydraulic pressure exists only in the supporting member to eliminate oil leak, and the piston can be smoothly slided.
