    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular rolling bearing device including a brake disk attachment surface excellent in flatness and a method for working the vehicular rolling bearing device.
      SOLUTION: An embossed surface 21 which is a brake disk attachment surface is formed around five through holes 7 formed on a coaxial circle with a brake disk attachment flange 5 of an inner wheel 2 at a regular interval. The embossed surface 21 is ground by making a grinding wheel 12 rotate around a shaft part 10 of a bolt 8 and making the grinding wheel revolve around an axis 13 of the vehicular rolling bearing device under a condition where whole surface of the embossed surface 21 is pressed to abut on a grinding surface 14 of the grinding wheel 12 by applying load to an inner ring 2 from an outer ring 3 with using a load applying device 35.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to manufacture inexpensively by bonding at least two units of grinding units separatably and approachably by a hydraulic cylinder and positioning by the same NC device. CONSTITUTION:In case of working A having numerous sliding faces, 1st and 3rd grindstone posts 15, 25 are approached close to the center and the respective sliding face of the work A is ground by the grinding units 17, 18, 27, 28 having multiface grinding wheels. During this working, the 1st grindstone post 15 is retreated to the right direction by leaving the set of 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th grinding units 17, 18, 27, 28 as it is, in case of working with the work B needed for unifacial working coming in. In this state, a 2nd grindstone 21 is subjected to Y axis controlling alone, the Z axis thereof is controlled by the NC device common with the 3rd grindstone post 25 as well and the single face of a work B is subjected to grinding by the 3rd grinding unit 22.
