    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control drop in drive efficiency for variation of load by providing a control circuit which generates, with a self-oscillating operation, an application voltage for which an reverse electromotive force generated in electro-magnet coil due to the reciprocal movement of rotor is positively fed back. SOLUTION: A DC resistance R and the inductance of a stator winding 1 and reverse electromotive force are considered as a serial circuit and the other circuit except for a capacitor 13 is considered as a control circuit 10. Since a reverse electromotive force is generated, when the magnetic flux of a permanent magnet passes a stator winding 1 when a rotor moves, a sine wave signal corresponding to the number of vibrations of moving portion is generated. This signal is applied to a non-inverted input terminal of an operational amplifier 11 and is then positively fed back to generate the self-oscillating operation. Since this frequency depends on the number of vibrations of mechanical system, if the load changes, the energizing voltage of the frequency depending on the load variation is applied to the stator winding 1. A resonance system required for oscillating operation is used as the vibration type linear actuator, to provide high efficiency drive, and the resonance system can be omitted, so that the number of item parts can also be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a linear actuator which can be moved back and force with a single winding coil and can be constructed and operated simply and can be small in size. CONSTITUTION:A first plunger 7 and a second plunger 8 are incorporated by a plunger tube 6 and both the plungers 7 and 8 are separated from each other by a spring means 9. Both the plungers 7 and 8 are magnetized simultaneously by a coil 11. A plurality of ribs 7a and 8a are formed on the plungers 7 and 8. The adjacent pole pieces 12a and 13a of first and second magnets 12 and 13 provided on the upper and lower parts of the coil 11 attract the nearest ribs 7a and 8a to facing positions and fix them to the positions. If the current application to the coil 11 is changed in the order of OFF-ON-ON(opposite polarity)-OFF, the plungers 7 and 8 are moved to one direction and, of the current application is changed in the reversed order, the plungers 7 and 8 are moved to the opposite direction.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the follow-up capability of a movable section by setting up a sensor coil and damping the movable section by speed signals displaying the speed of movement of the movable section. CONSTITUTION:The electromotive force of speed proportional to the speed of movement of the movable section and the electromotive force of a transformer accompanied by the change of currents flowing through a driving coil 6 are overlapped and induced to the sensor coil 8. Since only the electromotive force of the transformer is induced in the sensor coil 9, on the other hand, detecting voltage e1, which is obtained by subtracting one value from the other value and through detecting resistance R, represents signals displaying the electromotive force of speed. Accordingly, since the electromotive force of speed proportional to the speed of movement of the movable section can be obtained, a damping proper to the motion of the movable section can be given by feeding back the electromotive force to the vibrating voltage of the actuator.
