    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structurally simple boiler provided with two air conduits supplying air for combustion into a combustion chamber for regulating the total amount of blown air, for changing the ratio of distribution into each air conduit, and for preventing a burner from burning out in low combustion or a combustion gas from flowing backward.SOLUTION: The air for combustion is split into a first air conduit 39 and a second air conduit 40 and supplied into a combustion chamber 6 after being supplied via a common air conduit 44. The common air conduit 44 is provided with a first damper 41. The second air conduit 40 is provided with a second damper 42. The first damper 41 regulates the overall amount of air supplied into the combustion chamber 6. The second damper 42 prevents the burner 5 from burning out or the combustion gas from flowing backward to the burner 5 from the combustion chamber 6 by not fully closing the burner 5 regardless of the combustion amount while combusting.

    • PURPOSE:To expand the range of an input control by a method wherein a pressure detecting pipe of which the opening end is opposite to the direction of an airflow is provided in a supply opening part of a blower supplying air into a vaporizer and a detected pressure is applied to an oil level fixing device by a communication pipe. CONSTITUTION:In liquid fuel combustion equipment, air is blown off into a vaporizer 2 from a nozzle 3 by a blower 5, liquid fuel in an oil level fixing device 7 is sprayed from a fuel nozzle 6 and thereby a fuel-air mixture of a combustion gas is formed and burnt by a burner 1. A communication pipe 9 connected to a pressure detecting pipe 8 is made to communicate with the inside of the oil level fixing device 7, and the pressure detecting pipe 8, of which the opening end is so fixed to a supply opening part of the blower 5 as to be opposite to the direction of an airflow, constitutes a Pitot tube. The pressure applied to the oil level fixing device 7 by the communication pipe 9 is the one detected by the fore end of the pressure detecting pipe 8 and the total pressure of dynamic and static pressures of the air at the supply opening part of the blower 5 is applied to the inside of the oil level fixing device 7. Therefore the range of an input control of the liquid fuel combustion equipment is expanded, the number of times of ON/OFF of combustion is reduced and fluctuation of the amount of consumed fuel is lowered.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a variation in the state of combustion of a burner which accompanies a change in the air volume used for drying and make it possible to continue stable combustion by providing a control device which changes the air volume for combustion according to the fuel supply amount and corrects and controls the air supply volume for combustion according to the change in the number of rotation of a fan for drying. CONSTITUTION:The number of rotation of a fan 8 for drying and passing hot air, the fuel supply volume for a burner 6, and the air supply volume for combustion are constituted variably, and this air volume for combustion can be changed according to the fuel supply volume, and an air control device for combustion to correct and control the air supply volume for combustion by the change in the air volume for drying due to the change in the number of rotation of the fan 8 for drying is provided. During drying if the fuel supply volume to the burner 6 changes, the supply air volume for combustion is accordingly increased or decreased by, for instance, a specified linear function. If the number of rotation of the fan 8 for drying changes by some reason, the correction device works and it corrects the air supply volume for combustion to the side of plus if the air volume for drying is set on the low volume side and, on the contrary if the air volume for drying is set on the high volume side, it is throttled by some degree.
