The common air conduit 44 is provided with a first damper 41. The second air conduit 40 is provided with a second damper 42. The first damper 41 regulates the overall amount of air supplied into the combustion chamber 6. The second damper 42 prevents the burner 5 from burning out or the combustion gas from flowing backward to the burner 5 from the combustion chamber 6 by not fully closing the burner 5 regardless of the combustion amount while combusting.

During the low combustion, fuel is sprayed only from the low combustion nozzle 3.
