    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener capable of maintaining high retaining force even if the hinge of its first retaining piece is broken under axial force. SOLUTION: The fastener 1 comprises a body 5 that holds part of the circumferential surface of a member 3; an arm 13 the first end of which is coupled with the first end of the body by the hinge 10, and which is curved so that it forms a ring for holding a member in cooperation with the body; a body-side anchoring portion 19 formed at the second end of the body; and an arm-side anchoring portion 15 that is formed at the second end of the arm and is anchored to the body-side anchoring portion, so that it makes the body and the arm annular. The fastener 1 further comprises the first retaining piece 29 coupled with the first end of the arm by hinge so that it is extended toward the second end of the arm; and a second retaining piece 34 that is coupled by hinge so that it is extended toward the second end of the body, and is extended so that its tip gets in between the arm and the first retaining piece.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-piece cable tie which maintains strap retention force, can be readily assembled and achieves low insertion force. SOLUTION: The cable tie includes a metal locking device 136 which is bent at a predetermined angle and then precisely located within a receiving cavity of the locking device 136. It includes a strap 104 having a first end and a free end 138, and a locking head 102 secured to the first end of the strap along a strap attachment axis. The locking head includes a strap entry end and a strap exit end at both ends of an axis of a strap accepting channel 122. It includes the receiving cavity 180 of the metal locking device and an extending wall 142 located between the cavity and the strap accepting channel. A fixed end 134 is mounted on a support slot of an end wall of the locking head and oriented substantially parallel to an axis of the strap accepting channel. The metal locking device includes a free end angled at an acute angle relative to the strap accepting channel axis and extending into the channel and extends into the strap accepting channel.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To demountably and easily fix a tube by inserting a binding band into a fixing base having a pipe supporting part, placing the binding band on a front surface side of the pipe placed on the pipe supporting part, and removably locking the binding band by a locking member integrally formed on the fixing base. SOLUTION: In a case when a pipe is fixed to a pillar material formed by, for example, a C-shaped channel by using a pipe fixture 1, a binding band 27 in which a band part 27c is inserted, is mounted in an opening 21 of a fixing base 3, then a locking plate 13 of the fixing base 3 is inserted into an opening of the pillar material, and the fixing base 3 is fixed to the pillar material by tightening the screws 11a, 11b. Then two pipes are respectively placed on the supporting recessed parts 5a, 5b, and a point of the band part 27c is inserted into the opening 3d and drown out to press each pipe to the fixing base 3 in a state that the band part 27c is located at a pipe front surface side. Then a locking plate 23 is bent to a locking side on a hinge part 3b, and a projection 25a of a locking arm 25 is engaged with a groove 3c to prevent the slipping-off of the band part 27c.
