摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-piece cable tie including a support of a locking device which changes from a cantilever beam to a simple beam support when completely coupled. SOLUTION: The cable tie includes a strap 104 with a first end and a free end 138, a locking head having a strap accepting channel 122, and a metal locking device 136 having a mounted end fixed to a support of a locking head and a free end positioned in the strap accepting channel to form a cantilever beam and mounted within an anchoring housing region of the head. It has a central inwardly projecting groove 110 of a predefined width that defines a thinned portion extending along a longitudinal axis of the strap to the free end of the strap. The strap accepting channel has a channel width defined between an end wall and an inner wall. A ledge 116 that provides a support surface of the metal locking device and a V-shaped groove at the free end to improve flexibility of the strap are provided.

SOLUTION: With this cable tie, a strap accepting channel 122 is provided in the locking head 102 that is substantially parallel to a strap attachment axis. The strap accepting channel 122 is divided into a first part, which is secured to the strap, and a second part, which holds a locking device, allowing the strap accepting channel 122 to be closer to the cable tie being bundled. Further, in the case of a two-piece cable tie having a metal locking device, the locking device 136 is preferably bent so as to have a fixed end 134 substantially parallel to the axis of the strap accepting channel 122 and a free end 138 positioned within the strap accepting channel 122 at an acute angle relative to the strap accepting channel axis.

SOLUTION: The cable tie includes a metal locking device 136 which is bent at a predetermined angle and then precisely located within a receiving cavity of the locking device 136. It includes a strap 104 having a first end and a free end 138, and a locking head 102 secured to the first end of the strap along a strap attachment axis. The locking head includes a strap entry end and a strap exit end at both ends of an axis of a strap accepting channel 122. It includes the receiving cavity 180 of the metal locking device and an extending wall 142 located between the cavity and the strap accepting channel. A fixed end 134 is mounted on a support slot of an end wall of the locking head and oriented substantially parallel to an axis of the strap accepting channel. The metal locking device includes a free end angled at an acute angle relative to the strap accepting channel axis and extending into the channel and extends into the strap accepting channel.

SOLUTION: A strap comprises a first end that forms the neck, a free and opposing the first end, and a middle part. The strap has cross section defined by a width B1 and a thickness T1. The cable tie head is fixed in a neck region of the strap at the first end, has a width E wider than the width B of the strap, and comprises a strap insertion passage that holds a latch unit. The strap insertion passage has a dimension for accepting the free end of the strap. The neck has: a width that varies from the width B to a width E' equal to the width E and a thickness T2 thinner than T1; tensile strength equal to that of the middle part of the strap; and a cross section at least substantially equal to the cross section of the middle part of the strap. A type of a cable tie of which the neck is bent can be applied to the cable tie. The neck has a recessed passage formed of a thin-thickness T2 side and a thickness-increased side.

The mounting slot 130 has an inner support wall 162, an outer support wall 164 and a support slot for coupling the mounting sot 130 to the receiving cavity 180. The metal locking device 136 is provided with a free end, positioned within a strap accepting channel and a fixed end, having at least one bent tang 132 outwardly protruding from a surface of the metal-locking device 136.
