      SOLUTION: A valve body 16 in which an inlet 22 and an outlet 24 of a communicating channel 20 to communicate with an inside and an outside of the tube 14 with the same bore as the tube 14 to force-feed a fluid 26 is provided, and a valve element 18 which opens and closes the outlet 24 automatically corresponding to the pressure inside the tube 14 and which is set up on the valve body 16 to cover the outlet 24 is provided and the valve element 18 is composed of an elastic member and when the pressure inside the tube 14 is less than the stipulated value, the valve element 18 is tight-fitting to the periphery of the outlet 24 of the valve body 16 so that the fluid 26 does not leak from the outlet 24, and when the pressure inside the tube 14 becomes larger than the stipulated value, the fluid 26 isolates the valve element 18 from the valve body 16 in the outlet 24 and an elastic force is set so as to open the outlet 24 and further, the valve element 18 had drain function and the pressure leakage device 10 is composed.
