摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle including a mechanism for automatically controlling engine speed and HST opening to accord with the output characteristic of an engine.SOLUTION: The working vehicle includes a control device 100 having the following control arrangement. When a preset suitable output characteristic showing the relationship between the engine speed and an engine toque is not obtained only by increase in the engine speed, HST servo actuator 30 is operated to lower an opening of a hydraulic non-stage transmission (HST), and obtain torque for suitable output characteristic. Subsequently, again the HSt servo actuator 30 is operated to return an opening of the HSt 23 to the preset opening. An engine torque and the output characteristic of the preset suitable torque-to-rotating speed are thus compared, and the engine speed is changed to a value according with the output characteristic, whereby fuel consumption can be automatically maintained in good condition to improve the fuel efficiency.

While the primary speed control device 12 wants to set a rotation angle bigger than the permissible angle, the limiter 16 works to limit output signals of the primary speed control device 12, the secondary unit 5 is set within the limit of a determined system pressure and the rotation angle control device 10 sets the rotation angle of the secondary unit 5.

CONSTITUTION: When a hydraulic main load motor M1 drives a load, the operating pressure to be generated inside thereof is raised with the increase of load. When the operating pressure achieves the upper limit value, a hydraulic additional motor M2 is additionally connected. Since the pressure is lowered at the time of connecting the additional motor, a control device switches the additional motor to the non-operation again when the operating pressure achieves the lower limit value, and the lower limit pressure is smaller than a half of the upper limit pressure. Continuous changeover of the additional motor can be avoided by this switching hysteresis.

摘要： PURPOSE: To enhance the multiusability in a hydraulic system by arranging the control valve associated with respective load preceding consumers to a location where a signal is sent to a pump regulating means so as to meet the requirement in the delivery rate. CONSTITUTION: When the increase in the delivery rate of a variable displacement pump 1 preceding the load is required by, for instance, a consumer 3, a pressure compensation valve 15 is moved to the maximum open position, so that a control pressure signal 16 regulates the pressure in the chamber 28 of the pump control part via lines 20, 22 and a pump control valve 30, and a piston 26 is moved to the maximum delivery side by a spring 27. When the requirement in the delivery rate of the pump 1 is satisfied, the control port of the pressure compensation valve 15 is closed, and the opening of a restriction 24 for releasing the pressure to a reservoir T is decreased. Further, the pump control valve 30 is made controllable even by an electric signal. Thus, the multiusability of a hydraulic system can be substantially enhanced.
