    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsion vibration damper or a coupling having flexibility to torsion.
      SOLUTION: The damper includes an inner component 11 and an outer component 12 arranged around the inner component to form a ring shape. These components are mutually connected in a mode of having the flexibility to the torsion by spring elements 13.1, 13.2. The spring elements divide a space formed between the inner component and the outer component into a plurality of and a series of chambers in the circumferential direction of the damper or the coupling, and these chambers are filled with viscous medium and connected to each other. There exist at least two groups of the spring elements 13 having different deflection curves in the circumferential direction. As for relative rotation between the inner component and the outer component, there exists intense space movement of vibration medium caused by the difference in the deflection curves. Accordingly, such a damper or a coupling has high vibration possibility.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible coupling which can prevent damage by suppressing excess elastic displacements of a first elastic plate and second elastic plate of the flexible coupling, and keep high rotation transmitting accuracy for a long period of time.
      SOLUTION: The flexible coupling 1 is formed by providing a pair of first elastic plates 7 between a first connecting member 4 and a partitioning member 6, by providing a pair of second elastic plates 8, which face in right-angled direction with respect to the first elastic plates 7, between the partitioning member 6 and second connecting member 5, by connecting the first connecting member 4 with a drive shaft 2, and by connecting the second connecting member 5 with a driven shaft 3, wherein through-holes 11, 16 and 17 penetrating in an axis direction of the drive shaft 2 are formed in the first connecting member 4, the partitioning member 6 and the second connecting member 5, respectively, and a regulating rod 9, regulating the elastic deformations of the first elastic plates 7 and the second elastic plates 8 to be a predetermined deformation, is provided in each of the through-holes with a space.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of a steering shaft for reducing looseness with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This shaft joining structure has a lower shaft 32, and an upper shaft 30 having a hollow part capable of inserting the lower shaft 32.
