摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of conventional diaphragms of a high aspect ratio or small size mobile diaphragms that the reproduction frequency band characteristic gets narrower.SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method, after performing a pulp hammering step, a filler and the pulp are mixed to obtain a mixture of the pulp and the filler. After adding an additive to the mixture, a paper making process is made and then heat-pressing is carried out. The content of the filler in the mixture is 20-80 wt.%. After adding the additive, a high molecular viscosity improver of a high viscosity is added. After that, a small size narrow or thin diaphragm of a high aspect ratio is manufactured. This can increase the rigidity of the diaphragm, resulting in a wider reproduction frequency band.

The first inlet channel and the turbulence generator are arranged so that the furnish is passed through the first inlet channel and further to the turbulence generator and thereafter to the sliced cone. The second inlet channel is arranged so that the non-fibrous high consistency composition is passed through the second inlet channel and directly to the sliced cone bypassing the turbulence generator.
