The water guide 100 is provided on an inner wall of the washing tank 30 so as to form a vertical flow channel and it guides a part of the washing water pumped by a rotation of the pulsator 40 to the upper side of the washing tank 30 through the flow channel and spurts the water in the washing tank 30, and simultaneously forms an upper spurting water stream which falls from the upper side of the washing tank 30 and a side-direction spurting water stream, which is horizontally spurted from the side of the water tank.
