摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsator assembly for washing machines that avoids any entanglement of and damage to the laundry and increases the washing effect. SOLUTION: This pulsator assembly comprises a lower disklike pulsator and an upper disklike pulsator 20 connected together. The upper pulsator 20 has a nozzle 25 in its center, while the lower pulsator has an inflow port. The pulsator assembly includes guide ribs 27 in its interior space. Each guide rib 27 extends radially from an area about the axis of rotation to an area adjacent to the circumference in curved fashion. When the drive motor operates the guide ribs 27 guide the washing water in the pulsator assembly toward the nozzle 25 where it is jetted up. This provides a turbulent flow in the washing tub together with a revolving water flow to thereby increase the washing effect and prevents any entanglement of the laundry as well.

SOLUTION: In a washing machine provided with a main body, a rotating basket provided in the main body and a pulsator 110 provided rotatably normally and reversely on the bottom part of the rotating tub and generating washing water flow, the pulsator 110 consists of a disc-like rotating plate 120 and a number of curved wings each constituted of a straight line part 131 projected on the top face of the rotating plate 120 and whose both side faces are straightly formed from the central part of the rotating plate in the radial direction and a curved line part 132 formed of curved faces whose both side faces are curved toward the circumferential direction of the rotating plate 120 from the end part of the straight part to the contour of the rotating plate 120 and a washing water spouting means for spouting washing water to the upper side of the central part of the pulsator when the pulsator is rotated normally and reversely is connected with the pulsator 110.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine having a water guide which forms a spurting water stream of upper and side directions. SOLUTION: A washing machine comprises a body 10, a water tank 20 provided in the body 10, a washing tank 30 provided in the water tank 20 for receiving laundry, a pulsator 40 provided on the bottom of the washing tank 30 for forming a rotating water stream in the washing tank 30 by alternately rotating in both directions by a driving device 50, and at least one water guide 100. The water guide 100 is provided on an inner wall of the washing tank 30 so as to form a vertical flow channel and it guides a part of the washing water pumped by a rotation of the pulsator 40 to the upper side of the washing tank 30 through the flow channel and spurts the water in the washing tank 30, and simultaneously forms an upper spurting water stream which falls from the upper side of the washing tank 30 and a side-direction spurting water stream, which is horizontally spurted from the side of the water tank.
