    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trolley device capable of lifting load with a sufficient hoist amount even when the device is installed in a warehouse of a low ceiling height. SOLUTION: This trolley device is used for conveying a hoist 11 comprising a hoist body 14 for hoisting a slinger 13, and an upper hook 15 mounted on the hoist body 14. The trolley device comprises a carriage 2 put on between two parallel rail bodies laterally placed at a lower part of a ceiling material 18 and traveling on the rail bodies 16, 16, and a hook latching part 10 stood on the carriage 2 and engaged with an upper hook 15 of the hoist 11, and the hook latching part 10 is mounted on a position just under the ceiling material 18 at a height position M not interfering with the ceiling material 18. The trolley device 1 has a body frame 5 having the hook latching part 10 independently from the carriage 2, and comprises a vertical position adjusting means for vertically adjustably holding the hook latching part 10 to the carriage 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight by forming both side edges of a cover on a rail main body to be caulked and covered in a condition that they are fitted into the grooves extending in a longitudinal direction of the rail main body for fixing the cover in the rail main body. SOLUTION: A cover 18 is integrally molded into the almost inverted L-shape on a transverse section from a stainless steel plate by the roll forming. The cover 18 comprises a horizontal part 18a for covering an upper face of a horizontal wall 17a of a rail main body 17, a first trailing part 18b for covering an upper part of a groove 20 on a left side face of a first trailing wall 17b, and a second trailing part 18c for covering an upper part of a groove 19 on a right side face of the second trailing wall 17c. A lower edge part of the first trailing part 18b of the cover 18 is fitted into the groove 20, the left side wall part 20a is pressed to right to be caulked, similarly a lower edge part of the second trailing part 18c is fitted into the groove 19, and the right side wall part 19a is pressed left to be caulked, whereby the cover 18 is fixed to the rail main body 17. The weight can be reduced in comparison with the rail main body 17 totally made of stainless steel, the handling can be simplified, and the executability in the installation can be improved.
