摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a favorable relation between an in-factory conveying system and a floor level passage regardless of an increase in the size of a suspension type carrier in a factory.SOLUTION: The in-factory conveying system equipped with a ceiling having a first ceiling (1001) and a second ceiling (1002) low in ceiling height, and a floor (200) and installed in the factory includes a track which is laid suspended from the ceiling, and the suspension type carrier (10) traveling thereon. The track has a first track (110) laid on the first ceiling so that the height of a lower surface of the carrier has a height h1 from the floor, a second track (120) laid on the second ceiling so that it has a height h2 lower than the height h1, and an inclined communication track (130) performing communication to allow the driving-in of the carrier between the first and second tracks. The passage (100) is disposed under the first track.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor device which can prevent dust from being diffused into an ambient atmosphere when the dust is removed from an object to be conveyed.SOLUTION: The conveyor device includes a conveyor part which conveys an object to be conveyed 10 along a conveyance path, and a cleaning part 30 which cleans a part to be supported 12 of the object to be conveyed 10 on the conveyance path. The cleaning part 30 has a cover body 32, a dust removal part 34, and a dust suction part. The cover body 32 has openings 33a, 33b, 33c formed so as to face the part to be supported 12 through predetermined clearances G1, G2, G3. The dust removal part 34 is mounted to the cover body 32 so as to abut on the part to be supported 12 in the openings 33a, 33b, 33c and removes dust from the part to be supported 12. The dust suction part communicates with the inside of the cover body 32 and sucks the dust removed by the dust removal part 34.
