    • PURPOSE:To distribute wound thread evenly, prevent cutting of rubber thread, and eliminate shortage of package hardness by rotating two flat rollers supporting a sphere in the same direction, reciprocating them at the same time along the axis in the opposite directions, and by furnishing an hourglass-shaped roller to press the sphere. CONSTITUTION:Flat rollers 3a, 3b are rotated in the same direction by a rotating means 11, and at the same time reciprocated by a reciprocating means 15 in the opposite directions to each other. Thereby rotation and reciprocation of the rollers are controlled by specified values, and a center ball 19 pinched by three rollers 3a, 3b and 17 is rotated uniformly with sufficient amount of motion in the circumferential and axial directions, so that the wound appearance of rubber thread 24 will become approx. uniform throughout all circumferences of said center ball 19 to produce a thread package which is nearly a real globe. Also even a soft center ball 19 is prevented from deformation, and there is little risk of change in the tension during winding of the rubber thread 24, so that the rubber thread will never be cut to ensure that the package is made tight.

    • PURPOSE:To make an uncollapsed solid thread ball securable with using no force in time of taking a bobbin winder body for the solid thread ball out of a bobbin winding part, by making up a split hollow shaft for a built-up bobbin so as to come into a state of being diametrally expanded in time of assembling and also into a state of being diametrally contracted in prototype in time of disassembling. CONSTITUTION:After manufacturing a bobbin winder body which winds up thread in a specified quantity and forms a solid thread ball, a presser shaft 20 is made to go up, and a bobbin pressing head 22 is separated from a flange 62 of a built-up bobbin 30, taking out the built-up bobbin fitted with a bobbin winder body, and a center pin 70 is pulled out of both of a radial hole 52 of a split hollow shaft 44 and a through radial hole 66 of a tapered arbor 64, then this tapered arbor 64 is pulled out of a taper shaft hole 60 of a main half-bobbin 40 through pushing pressure in the tip end part, and with this method, the split hollow shaft 44 is contracted up to a prototype state as leaving an elastic ring 48 energized intact whereby in the shape of what engagement with the solid thread ball is fully cut off, the soid thread ball carrying an in-and-out through hole is made possible to be taken out at a position opposed to the diametral direction, thus slough-off in a yarn layer is brought to nothing at all.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically form the configuration of wound cord into a massive body, in which the cord is laminated spirally, by positioning the cord feed position of the top end of a cord guiding conduit and through a winding function created by rotation of a taper shaft. CONSTITUTION:The end of a cord A is led outside from the inside of a winding frame 4 of a taper shaft to form a knot, the middle part of the cord A is then guided in a cord guide conduit 23 of a cord guide mechanism 12, the middle part is stretched to engages with a conduit 33 of a tension adjusting mechanism 30, and the cord is pressed downward from thereabove by a pushing piece 36 whose pressure is adequately adjusted to a desired level. Thereafter, a motor is driven to rotate a taper shaft 3 and a guide roller 13 the cord A is wound around the outer periphery of the taper shaft 3, the guide pin 22 of a guide piece 20 is guided in a spiral groove 15 in the outer periphery of the guide roller 13, and the guide piece 20 is moved laterally. The cord A, engaging with the cord guide conduit 23 mounted to the guide piece 20, is horizontally reciprocated right and left within a specified range in respect to the outer periphery of the taper shaft 3, a cord supply position is reciprocated, and the cord A is spirally wound around the outer periphery of the taper shaft 3.

    • PURPOSE:To take out the yarn end easily by increasing the diameter of the spindle of a slinging machine and winding and accumulating wool yarn to form a ellipsoidal wool yarn ball and bringing out the starting yarn end in a loop form to one of the recessed parts, when making a hand knitting wool yarn ball using said slinging machine. CONSTITUTION:After a spindle S and a flyer 11 are stopped, an outer frame 2 is contracted and a yarn ball 12 is removed, while the yarn end 13 is held on a cutter 14. Then the flyer 11 is rotated, a yarn F is inserted in a gap between the outer frame 2 and a claw 10, and the frame diameter is extended, holding the yarn end 13 between the outer frame 2 and the claw 10. The spindle S is rotated and, on the other hand, the flyer 11 is traversed while being revolved, winding the yarn F around the spindle S in a state of lease and in an ellipsoidal form, thus forming layers of wound yarn. When a specified length of yarn F is wound up, the spindle S and the flyer 11 are stopped, the cutter 14 is advanced while the flyer 11 is made to make a half turn, the yarn end 13 is caught and cut by the cutter 14, while a pressing part 9 is operated to move a shaft 1 rightward, the frame diameter is reduced and a yarn ball 12 is pulled out by means of a doffing arm 15.
