摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy the individual demand of a worker for a system regarding yarn package density, a yarn package shape, and the winding characteristics of a fiber material with the increase of the production rate of a rewinder, a winding device, or a machine for a subsequent process. SOLUTION: A winding device for an endless yarn is provided with a rotary disc 6 rotatably supporting at least two fastening mandrels at a peripheral edge. Like the shaft 12 of the rotary disc 6, the shaft 4 of a friction roller 2 is mounted in a home position on a frame, and the shafts 4 and 12 are coupled to a first drive device 120 or a second drive device 40. Each fastening mandrel is provided with an inherent third drive device 80 or a fourth drive device 100. A load between the friction roller and the respective one fastening mandrel is regulatable according to the winding state of a yarn package formed on the fastening mandrel.

Moreover, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the package P with which the contact roller 10 comes in pressure-contact due to heat by driving the contact roller 10 directly through the rotor 21 which does not generate heat.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device of an electric cable drum of simple structure in which a conventional jack-up device is used without changes, several kinds of electric wire drums of different thicknesses are compatible, and moreover no specially large strength is required. SOLUTION: A drive plate 4 is pivotably attached to a body 1 in a derricking manner, two parallel shafts 6 are projected to its surface, and an elastic ball 6a on the market is fixed to each of them. A motor and a reduction gear are provided to turn these two shafts 6 on the back side, a flange of a drum is held by a pair of elastic balls for turning the drum. Simple structure can be adopted because no specially large force is required. A braking plate holder 9 and a lever 10 which are connected to each other are built into both, for regulation of stringing speed and for emergency stop.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bobbin floating in an initial stage of take-up and suppress reduction in production efficiency of a roving frame as well. SOLUTION: After spinning is started, a rotational speed of a main motor of the roving frame is increased to a predetermined speed N1 and the motion of a bobbin rail is reversed at a first upper reversing point Q1 in a condition that a rotational speed of the motor is at a predetermined speed N1. When the bobbin rail is made to go down to a speed changing point P, the rotational speed of the motor is increased to a constant rotational speed N0. When the bobbin rail is again raised to the speed changing point P, a rotational speed of the main motor is decreased to a predetermined speed N2 and the motion of the bobbin rail is reversed at the second upper reversing point Q2 in a condition that a rotational speed of the main motor is at the predetermined rotational speed N2. The rotational speed N2 is increased by a corresponding amount to increase in take-up yarn quantity, compared with the previous predetermined rotational speed N1. Thereafter in the same manner as above, reverses in motion at upper reversing points Q3, Q4 are carried out respectively in conditions that the rotational speeds of the motor are at predetermined rotational speeds N3, N4.
