摘要：タイヤにラベルを貼付する前工程で順次搬送されるタイヤの搬送順に各タイヤ情報を読み取り、ラベルに当該タイヤのタイヤ情報を印字するように制御されるので、多種類のタイヤが順不同に生産されても各タイヤそれぞれについて自身のタイヤ情報がラベルに印字された後に同ラベルが当該タイヤに貼付されて正確なラベル貼付作業がなされ、生産のフレキシビリティを確保できる。当初ラベルは白紙のままで、タイヤに貼付する前にタイヤ情報が印字されるので、印字したラベルを用意しておく必要がなく1種類の白紙ラベルを準備しておけばよいためスペース的にも工数的にも有利である。

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealer which keeps bent when set in a striker and causes little jam. SOLUTION: The sealer comprises a plurality of sealer units each of which comprises a flexible filament, an insert head provided at one of ends of the filament and having an appropriate engaging portion and a socket provided at the other end of the filament and having a hole for irreversibly passing through the insert head, wherein the plurality of sealer units are arranged so that the filaments are placed adjacently in parallel to one another. The plurality of the insert heads or their vicinities and the plurality of the sockets or their vicinities which are placed proximately to one another are respectively connected with connection bars individually provided, thereby forming the sealer. On at least a part of one of connection bars, a filament including a stopper ring to be fitted with a part of the other connection bar is provided and also a tab is formed on the stopper ring, so that an upper end keeps bent when set on a striker, causing no jams or failures.

SOLUTION: A label affixing head 30 has a printing unit and an applicator base assembling component which prints a label 60 to attach it onto a combination 14 of members. The printing unit is indispensable for the head 30, and the unit prints each label before the label 60 is attached to the combination 14. The applicator base assembling component moves the printed label 60 onto the combination 14. The head 30 is used together with a cutter 50 or a spreader 54, or as a stand alone unit. While a cutter head 26 is cutting off a piece, the head 30 prints the labels 60. If the piece 16 is cut off, the head 30 attaches a prepared label 60 onto the cut piece 16. The head 30 has a sensor for combined height and the label 60 can be affixed to the combination 14 having various height.
