    • PURPOSE:To temporarily provide an equipment easily in a temporarily provided rail-shaped and plate-shaped object by turning a link part converted into turning action of a turn pawl part based on vertical directional operation of a handle part, and pressing or separating a holding pawl to or from the temporarily provided object interposed between a pair of insertion plates. CONSTITUTION:A handle part 26, when it is pressed down, is moved to the front by turning action of a link part 22, and a turn pawl part 8 is turned to the first turn position where a holding pawl 11 is pressed to a temporarily provided object 2. In a condition that the holding pawl is turned in the first turn position, when the handle 26 is pulled up, the handle part 26 is moved to the rear by turning action of the link part 22, and the turn pawl part 8 is turned to the second turn position where the holding pawl 11 is pulled up from the temporarily provided object 2.

    • PURPOSE:To enable accurate detection by installing such a circuit as comparing each detection pulse of axle detectors, in a device which detecters a vehicle and its forward direction on condition that at least a pair of axle detectors have produced the detection pulses with a time lap in specified procedures. CONSTITUTION:A set of each pair of axle detectors 5, 6 and 7, 8 set up in such a relationship as each of detection pulses P5, P6 and P7, P8 are overlappingly produced on time is installed as much as two sets at an interval (a) (vehicle detecting section). The axle detectors 5, 6 are used for vehicle entry to the vehicle progress direction L and for vehicle advance to the progress R, while the axle detectors 7, 8 are used or vehicle advance to the vehicle progress direction R and for vehicle entry direction R and for vehicle entry to the progress direction L, respectively. Then, the detection pulses P5-P8 of these axle detectors 5-8 are counted and compared, and from the compared result, whether there is a vehicle 2 or not within the vehicle detecting section (a) is judged at a processing circuit 12, thus a track relay is controlled.
